Mostarda, normally made with mustard oil/extract, but for now whole mustard seeds are substituted. Future possibilities of the rotovap to extract create mustard essential oils.
Cranberry Mostarda
340g fresh cranberries
1ea orange, juice and zest
200g water
200g sugar
8g salt
30g mustard seed
place in pressure cooker on high for 15 minutes and let pressure dissapate naturally
