Mostarda, normally made with mustard oil/extract, but for now whole mustard seeds are substituted. Future possibilities of the rotovap to extract create mustard essential oils.
Cranberry Mostarda340g fresh cranberries1ea orange, juice and zest200g water200g sugar8g salt30g mustard seedplace in pressure cooker on high for 15 minutes and let pressure dissapate naturally
